Hi, I’m Nikkie Windsor—a Nutritionist, Breathwork Coach, and Wellness Mentor with a unique perspective shaped by my time living in the jungles of Costa Rica.
After leaving behind a high-stress corporate career that caused a flare-up of Crohn’s Disease, I embarked on a journey of deep personal healing. Immersed in nature, I studied medicinal plants, trained as a massage therapist, and became a Reiki Master, transforming my physical health and entire outlook on life.
Now, I combine the wisdom and practices I learned in Costa Rica with formal training in nutrition, health coaching, and breathwork to offer something truly different.
I am a registered Health Coach with the UK and International Health Coach Association (UKIHCA), a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP), and certified in Breathwork by the Yoga Alliance.
