How long we keep information

Client records — all personal information collected in connection with the delivery of our services, including health profiling, consultation records, and correspondence, is retained for 7 years following the last date on which services were provided. This is in line with our professional insurance requirements.

Consultation recordings — where consultations are recorded, recordings are deleted within 90 days of the relevant consultation summary being produced and delivered to the client.

Marketing contacts — contact details and marketing preferences are retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. Upon unsubscribing, your record is retained on a suppression list to ensure you are not contacted again in the future. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Website analytics — data collected via Google Analytics is retained in accordance with Google’s standard data retention settings.
