About These Terms

These terms govern the relationship between Nikkie Windsor trading as Jungle Goddess (the Coach) and the client. They apply to all services and products provided by Jungle Goddess.

Jungle Goddess is the trading name of Nikkie Windsor, Integrated Nutritionist · Breath Coach · Trauma-Informed Health Coach. Contact: nikkie@thejunglegoddess.com · +44 7955 204667.

By proceeding with any service or purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

  1. Services and Products

Jungle Goddess provides the following:

    • Personalised Health & Nutrition Guidance Package (£595) — three consultations over approximately 12 weeks, with a personalised plan, resources, and WhatsApp support. Test interpretation is included where testing has been purchased alongside the package.
    • Follow-Up Consultations (£75 per session) — post-package consultations at a frequency agreed with the client.
    • Test Interpretation (£49) — a written interpretation report for nutritional test results, available post-package and charged separately.
    • Nutritional Testing — test kits ordered from a specialist third-party laboratory on clinical recommendation, personalised to the client. Prices are quoted inclusive of a handling fee and confirmed in writing before any order is placed.
    • Breathwork Classes (£20 per class) — group guided breathwork sessions.
    • Fermentation Workshops (£160 in person / £140 online, +£30 per additional person) — private workshops available as a direct booking or gift card, valid for 12 months from purchase.

  1. Health Disclaimer and Client Responsibility

The Coach is not acting as a medical professional, mental health counsellor, or registered dietitian. Guidance provided does not replace the advice of a qualified medical professional and should not be used as a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or dietary advice from a registered dietitian. Nothing in these terms or in any service provided by the Coach creates a doctor-patient or therapeutic relationship.

Before making any dietary or lifestyle changes based on guidance received, you should consult your GP or other qualified medical professional, particularly if you have an existing medical condition or are taking medication.

You are fully responsible for your own well-being and for any dietary or lifestyle changes you choose to make. The Coach does not guarantee any specific outcomes. You agree to communicate honestly and take responsibility for your participation and decisions throughout.

If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you should inform them that you are receiving nutritional or wellness guidance.

  1. Payment

Payment is due before services are delivered or products are ordered. A booking or service is confirmed only on receipt of payment. Where the Coach has not received payment, she is not obliged to proceed.

Where a payment plan is agreed in writing, instalments are due on the dates confirmed. If an instalment is more than seven days overdue, the Coach may suspend services. If more than 14 days overdue, the Coach may terminate the agreement; payments already made are non-refundable.

  1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins the day after you confirm that you wish to proceed. To cancel, notify the Coach in writing at nikkie@thejunglegoddess.com.

If you ask the Coach to begin providing services before the 14-day period ends, you retain the right to cancel but will be required to pay for the proportion of services already provided.

Once a nutritional test has been ordered, the right to cancel does not apply. Test kits are personalised to the client and prepared specifically on instruction. This falls within the exemption for personalised goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable except where the Coach is unable to deliver the agreed services.

  1. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Sessions cancelled or missed without adequate notice may be forfeited without refund. Breathwork class bookings are non-refundable; rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability.

  1. If the Coach Is Unable to Deliver

If the Coach is unable to deliver a scheduled session, she will give reasonable notice and offer an alternative date at no additional charge. If the Coach is unable to complete the Guidance Package in its entirety, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any sessions not yet delivered.

  1. Nutritional Testing

Test kits are ordered through a specialist third-party laboratory. Turnaround times are determined by the laboratory and are outside the Coach’s control. The Coach is not liable for delays caused by the laboratory or postal service.

Once a test has been ordered it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as set out in clause 4.

  1. Confidentiality

All information you share with the Coach is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with UK data protection law. The Coach will not disclose your information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to you or another person.

Sessions may be recorded to support service delivery. Recordings are not shared with third parties without your written consent. If you prefer sessions not to be recorded, please advise the Coach before your first session.

  1. Data, Privacy and AI

The Coach collects and processes personal data, including health data, in order to provide the services described in these terms. Full details are set out in the Jungle Goddess Privacy Policy at thejunglegoddess.com/privacy.

The Coach uses AI-assisted tools to support the preparation of session notes, plans, and written recommendations. All outputs are reviewed by the Coach before use. No decisions affecting you are made automatically — every clinical and guidance decision is made by the Coach.

Where clinical data is processed through AI tools, identifying details are removed before processing. The Coach has opted out of model training on all AI platforms used, meaning conversation content is not used to train AI models. AI tools used are third-party cloud-based platforms; by proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that data processed through these tools is subject to each provider’s own data handling terms.

Your data protection rights under UK GDPR are not affected by the use of AI tools. If you have any questions about how AI is used in relation to your data, please contact support@thejunglegoddess.com.

  1. Intellectual Property

Documents, plans, and resources produced by the Coach are for your personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. The frameworks and methodologies used by the Coach remain the intellectual property of Jungle Goddess.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Coach will use reasonable care and skill in providing all services. The Coach is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages. The Coach’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by you for the services to which any claim relates.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Coach’s negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with one week’s written notice. Termination does not affect the refund position in clause 4. The Coach may terminate immediately if you act in a way that is abusive, threatening, or incompatible with a productive working relationship.

  1. Complaints

If you have a concern about any aspect of the service, please contact support@thejunglegoddess.com. The Coach will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

If your concern relates to how your personal data has been handled, this will be treated as a data protection complaint. The Coach will acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days of receipt, investigate appropriately, keep you informed of progress, and notify you of the outcome.

If you are not satisfied with how a data protection complaint has been handled, you have the right to raise the matter with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. To contact us about a data protection complaint, email support@thejunglegoddess.com.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any Service Agreement signed by both parties, form the entire agreement between you and the Coach. In the event of any conflict between the two documents, the Service Agreement takes precedence for the specific service to which it relates.

By proceeding with any service, you also agree to the Jungle Goddess Website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer, all available at thejunglegoddess.com. In the event of any conflict between these documents and these Service Terms and Conditions, these Service Terms and Conditions take precedence in relation to the delivery of services.
