Takes place over 4 weeks and includes:
- Start learning as soon as you register with access to an introduction lesson
- 4 scheduled in-depth lectures introducing breathwork practice, the science behind breathing practices and how you can influence your nervous system to achieve better emotional and physical balance
- Introduction to three categories of breathing that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine including:
- Stimulating Breathing – to wake up, prepare for exercise, and naturally energise
- Balancing Breathing – to crush stress and anxiety, and to sleep better
- Calming Breathing – to balance your nerves, and steady your mood at any time
- Self-evaluation tests that will enable you to monitor your progress with downloadable handouts
- Self-paced guided homework including links to demonstration videos that guide you through 10 different breathing techniques
- Access to a discussion forum to chat with other students about your progress and ask questions of the trainer
- Certification of completion

My name is Nikkie Windsor and I am passionate about gut health having lived with Crohn’s disease and IBS for over 35 years.
I’ve spent the past 15 years exploring the role that diet, lifestyle and mindset play in digestive health mostly in the jungle of Costa Rica and have successfully managed my gut health naturally for nearly 10 years.
I help people who find living with chronic digestive issues tough, isolating and life-limiting discover a more free, liberating, and positive life outside of chronic illness.
With my depth of experience in gut health, I also train and support other nutritional and health professionals to better support their clients with gut-related problems.
I am a Certified Nutritionist, Health Coach, Breath Coach, gut health expert and fermentation specialist accredited by the UK & International Health Coach Association.
