Week 2: Mastering Breath Categories

In week two, we’ll dive deeper into the world of breath. Discover different breathing techniques tailored to various situations, allowing you to stimulate, balance, or calm your body and mind as needed.

Week 3: The Science of Breathwork

In this enlightening week, we’ll unravel the science behind breathwork. Explore how it can lower blood pressure, reduce heart rate, and decrease cortisol levels.
